Due to each item being printed/created just for you, we are unable to offer a refund. We do offer exchanges for the same product in a different size. Your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. If for whatever reason the item arrives damaged or defective, we will ship you a new one once we begin processing the exchange.
